AVOR INC. · EV charging infrastructure · Philippines

Infrastructure for the Next Era of Mobility.

AVOR provides EV charging infrastructure solutions for businesses, commercial properties and destination operators across the Philippines.

[ 01 ] Capabilities

Two charging formats, matched to how a site is used.

The right equipment depends on how long vehicles stay, how much power the site can supply and who the users are.

AC Charging

7 kW

Type 2 connector

  • Suited to destination parking, offices and residential buildings
  • Longer dwell times and overnight charging
  • Lower electrical demand per bay

DC Fast Charging

30 kW

CCS2 connector

  • Suited to short-stay sites, retail frontages and fleet depots
  • Faster turnaround for vehicles with shorter stops
  • Higher electrical and civil requirements, assessed per site

[ 02 ] Services

From first assessment to day-to-day operation.

Each stage has a clear owner, so property teams are not left to coordinate suppliers and contractors on their own.

Equipment sourcing

AC and DC chargers from established manufacturers, selected to suit the site and its users.

Site assessment

Review of parking layout, power supply, connectivity and access before any equipment is specified.

Installation coordination

Works carried out by qualified electrical professionals, coordinated with the property team.

Commissioning

Testing and handover so each charger is verified before it is opened to users.

Monitoring

OCPP-based network integration for status visibility and fault detection.

Maintenance support

Coordination of servicing and repairs, with usage and financial reporting for operators.

Monitoring, reporting and maintenance services are being built out alongside early deployments. Scope is confirmed per project.

[ 03 ] Commercial applications

Built around the places people park.

Different properties have different dwell times, power supplies and users. Applications below are typical settings, not a list of completed projects.

Retail and shopping centres

Short to medium stays where DC charging can draw customers and extend visits.

Offices and residential

Tourism destinations

[ 04 ] Infrastructure management

A managed approach, so sites keep working.

Installing a charger is the start. AVOR's approach covers the work that keeps a site dependable once it is open.

Infrastructure first

Reliable power, connectivity and civil works come before equipment choice.

Interoperable by design

OCPP-based integration so sites are not locked to a single network vendor.

Commercially suitable

Equipment and layouts chosen for how the property earns, not for a catalogue.

Transparent reporting

Usage and financial reporting that operators can understand and act on.
